Green Christmas Giveaway Event

Gearing up for a huge giveaway event that I will be an active participant in for the week of Nov 11-18. It is an event that will feature over 100 blogs, so make sure not to miss it. I am currently connecting with some awesome businesses and asking them if they would like to a review done of their products as well as sponsor/donate their products or services to this event.

Those interested in participating in the sponsorship of this event kindly contact me at dagy at gmx dot com. Here is just a little information about it. More info will be sent to those who wish to sponsor or have a review done.

Items should be related to sustainable/eco-friendly/recycled/up cycled products, Mom and Pop businesses,Independent consultants (yes, even if their products are not green) ETSY (yes, even if the products are not green) books (we support authors!)
Each giveaway package has a guideline as set by the Green Christmas Blog Hop Giveaway in which the minimum arv of an item is set at 25.00. However, if your product or service does not reach that minimum, it can be virtually packaged as part of one giveaway package at my discretion.

This event will generate lots of traffic for you and your products. So make sure to send me an email.

Never Underestimate Internet Hackers

Never underestimate the intelligence of those who hack into various accounts on the internet. When you least expect it, something will seem amiss. I know that I speak with experience. I was going to offer up a couple of my amazon cards for my awesome blog readers, but when I went to get the cards and the codes, it seems like someone bet me to them. And this was from a site that was supposed to be secure. Whether they went through the front door, back door or side entrance really is irrelevant as they did manage to get in.

One must really ask themselves, how secure is the internet really. Perhaps the government and sites that deal with money directly, such as banks, have different SSL encryptions that make it almost impossible to surpass, but perhaps this can be done as well. So, with that being said, if you are a collector of amazon cards as well as any other type of online gift card that is equal to a monetary amount, my advice to you is to apply them to the website that they are redeemable for as soon as you get them. You never know who is going to sneak in whichever door is not dead bolted and suddenly before you blink an eye, disappear with your hard earned gift cards.

Tropical Traditions Canadian Organic Raw Honey Giveaway- Ends Sept 9

I received another product for review from Tropical Traditions. This time it was the Canadian Organic Raw Honey. It was shipped to me in a 17.6 oz. glass jar. This product was delicious, creamy, smooth and wonderful on toast. It can also be added to tea.

Other ways you can use this honey is to put it on waffles, pancakes, oatmeal or even added to a zippy barbecue sauce. It is light colored and is derived from two factors, one being the source, which is floral and the other being the processing methods.

Anytime you wish to substitute this organic honey for sugar, it is 3/4 cup of honey to one cup sugar.

Tropical Traditions is offering one of these jars of their Canadian Organic Raw Honey to one of my blog readers.
